NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Public notice is hereby given by the Planning Commission of the City of Seward, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on February 8, 2021, at the Seward Civic Center East & West Basement, 616 Bradford St, Seward, NE 68434. Public notice is hereby also given by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Seward, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on February 16, 2021, at the Seward Civic Center East & West Basement, 616 Bradford St, Seward, NE 68434. The purpose of both hearings is to obtain public comment prior to the review and consideration of a proposed amendment to the redevelopment plan for the City of Seward, including a specific redevelopment project. The property which is the subject of this notice and of the public hearing is generally located 1814 Pine Street in Seward, Nebraska and is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block B, Replat of Blocks 2 and 3, Seward Rail Campus PUD Original Addition Final Plat, and a portion of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 29, Township 11 North, Range 3 East of the 6th P.M., City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska (PID# 800229470). All interested parties shall be afforded at each public hearing a reasonable opportunity to express their views regarding the proposed redevelopment plan amendment.
