NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Residents of Lancaster County are invited to attend a public hearing to be held by the Board of Commissioners and the Engineering Department. All organizations, such as school districts, fire districts, city councils, village boards, and farmers unions and co-ops, with an interest in road and bridge construction activities are encouraged to have representatives attend. Date: Tuesday, September 13, 2022 Time: 9:00 a.m. Location: Room 112, County-City Building, Lincoln, Nebraska The purpose of the meeting is to present information and receive comments pertinent to amendments to Lancaster County’s One and Six-Year Road and Bridge Improvement Program for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026 as proposed by the Lancaster County Engineer pursuant to law. The proposed amendments are to remove fog seal on page 7, FY22 Road projects and add FY 22 Bridge projects. The opinion of the public is vital in the planning of road programs and all Lancaster County residents are invited to participate in the meeting.
