NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF UTICA, NEBRASKA Public notice is hereby given by the Planning Commission of the Village of Utica, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at the Utica City Auditorium, 466 1st Street, Utica, Nebraska, which meeting is open to the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk, at 466 1st Street, Utica, Nebraska. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comment prior to the review and consideration of a proposed amendment to the redevelopment plan for the Village of Utica for a specific redevelopment project located on a portion of the property identified as Parcel ID 800071433 legally described as follows: A part of Tax Lot Thirty (30), located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range One (1) East of the 6th P.M., Seward County, Nebraska, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Referring to the Southwest corner of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range One (1) East of the 6th P.M., Seward County, Nebraska; thence in a Northerly direction on the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW/11/4) of said Section Twenty-Nine (29), a distance of 657.30 feet; thence in an Easterly direction on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 45.0 feet to the point of beginning.
