NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. and the City Council of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. Said public hearing will be to review a Re-zone application to the City of Seward Unified Land Development Ordinance; said application is to re-zone a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 3 East of the 6th P.M.
