NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska, on Monday, March 8, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. and the City Council of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska, on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the East & West Basement of the Seward Civic Center at 615 Bradford Street, Seward, Nebraska. Said public hearing will be to review a Re-zone application to the City of Seward Unified Land Development Ordinance; said application is to re-zone the CLBKDB Subdivision from AG Agricultural District to RR Rural Residential District. The area which is the subject of this notice and of the public hearings is described as follows.
