NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-104.14, Kelly N. Tollefsen, Attorney at Law, 6174 LaRoche Rd. Lincoln, NE 68526 (402) 802-7514, does hereby provide the following notice of possible adoptive placement of a minor child: Marquise Howard and any and all other John Does, real name unknown: You have been identified as the biological father of a child who was born on the 28th day of March 2017. The child was conceived on or about June 2016, in Humboldt, Iowa, and the biological mother intends to place the child for adoption. If you are the biological father, you may (i) deny paternity; (ii) waive any parental rights you may have; (iii) relinquish and consent to the adoption; or (iv) file a Notice of Objection to Adoption and Intent to Obtain Custody, pursuant to section 43-104.02 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, or object to the adoption in a the proceeding entitled AD20-7 in the Seward County Court, Seward, Nebraska. Further take note that a hearing on the adoption of the minor child is scheduled for November 17, 2020, at the Seward County Court, 261 South 8th Street, Seward, Nebraska, at 9:00 a.m.. If you wish to deny paternity, waive your parental rights, relinquish and consent, or receive additional information to determine whether you may be the father of the child in question, you must contact Kelly N.
