Notice Declaring cemetery lots Abandoned To: Armin Grosee and his heirs and near relatives, Lot 306, plots 1,2,3&4; Joseph Manweiler and his heirs and near relatives, Lot 429, plots 1,2&3; and Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Caugill and their heirs and near relatives, Lot 423, plots 1,2&3: You are hereby notified that Utica Cemetery Assoc. has hereby declared those lots as listed above in the Utica Cemetery designated by the recorded plats of the Seward County Cemeteries on file in the County Clerk's office of Seward County, Nebraska, to be abandoned. If within 30 days from the date of the publishing of this Notice the record owner or his heirs or near relatives shall give the Utica Cemetery Assoc. in writing that in fact there has been no such abandonment and shall pay the cost of the publication of this Notice of Abandonment, then the presumption and declaration of abandonment shall on longer exist.
