Man wanted on felony warrant last seen in Utica

Law enforcement is searching for a man last seen in Utica late in the night on June 15.

Jason J. Fox, 48, is wanted on a felony warrant. According to the Seward County Sheriff's Office, Fox is wanted for terroristic threats, third-degree assault and obstructing a police officer after fleeing from deputies Wednesday, June 15.

Deputies attempted to contact Fox regarding a previous incident. During the contact, Fox became agitated and fled.

Multiple units, including the Nebraska State Patrol, were called on scene to assist but were unable to locate Fox.

Fox is described as a white male with tattoos on both forearms. He was last seen in the area of Eighth and D Streets in Utica.

The sheriff's office says it does not believe there is a threat to the public at this time.
