Jim Strizek

Jim Strizek, 81, of Valparaiso passed away May 18, 2019. He was born to Louis and Blanche (Hromas) Strizek on April 4, 1938, in Garland. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Dwight American Legion Post 110.
He is survived by his brother, Harvey (Nancy) Strizek of Davey; and sisters, Jan (Bill) Divis of Valparaiso and Anne Louis of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Wilma Matulka, and brothers, Louis and Jack Strizek.
A celebration of life gathering will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at the Dwight American Legion Post 110, 112 Second St., Dwight. Condolences may be sent to the family through Wadlow Rozanek Funeral Home of Valparaiso.
