COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS Boards of Commissioner Meetings are held each Tuesday morning in the Seward County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m., except for the first Tuesday of each month when meetings will be held at 8:30 a.m. The Commissioners will be meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2020, to approve Seward County claims. Notice of each meeting is posted on the Courthouse bulletin board and on the Commissioner’s room door. The agenda for all meetings is kept continually current and is available for public inspection at the County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. The agenda is held open until one business day prior to the meeting for appearance before the Board. The Board has the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting. Jonathan Jank of the Seward County Chamber & Development Partnership gave an update of the organization. Approved Seward County Claims through October 30, 2020. Approved he Motorola System Agreement for the E911 Dept. Approved the minutes of October 27, 2020. Commissioners gave an update of their activities. Accepted the County Clerk Fee Report and the Clerk of the District Court Fee Report for October 2020. Accepted the Sheriff’s Fee and Mileage Report for September 2020. Approved returning the incomplete Corporate Manager for Thornridge Golf Course application to the Nebraska Liquor Commission without approving or denying. Authorized Assessor to go out for bids for oblique imagery for Seward County. The agenda item of Modifying the Nepotism Policy will be on next week’s agenda. The Executive Session for Personnel item on the agenda was not held.
