Public Notice as publicized per board policy The public notice was publicized in the Seward County Independent and posted at city hall, library and courthouse. The public notice was dated September 8, 2021. 1.3. Roll Call 1.3.1. Action to excuse board members if necessary Motion to excuse Danielle Shipley from tonight's Passed with a motion by Paul Duer and a second by Jill Hochstein. The fire alarm system is almost complete and the fire Marshall will do his final inspection soon. The elementary playground is being installed at this time. The high school east parking lot lights are not working at this time due to a broken line, and we will start the project soon. We received the roofing inspection today so we will discuss that at a later date. 2.2. Kratos Performance and Fitness Report Ryan discussed the Kratos program that was used over the summer in the weight room. 2.3. ESSERS III Application/Budget Dr. Dominy and Dr. Fields discussed our ESSERS III application that was submitted September 10, 2021. 2.4. Grading and Assessment Dr. Dominy discussed updates on assessments and our next steps in our strategic plan on Feedback and Assessment. 3.
