Public Notice as publicized per board policy The public notice was publicized in the Seward County Independent and posted at city hall, library and the courthouse. The public notice was dated February 3, 2021. 1.3. Roll Call 1.3.1. Action to excuse board members if necessary Motion to excuse Jana Hughes from tonight's meeting. Residential TIF Dr. Fields and Ryne Seaman discussed residential TIF and what the board would like to do with the 10-year TIF at arrowhead estates. Thomas Kayton discussed his TIF project and what he would like to do. 2.2. Summer Projects/ Custodian Update Dr. Fields discussed the summer projects coming up- greenhouse at the High School, Elementary Playground and carpet at the Elementary. Dr. Fields updated the board on custodial staff. 2.3. Weight Room History/ Programing Dr. Fields discussed the weight room at the high school and future programming. 2.4. Cares Act ESSER'S II Funds Dr. Fields discussed the CARES Act. 3.
