August 17, 2021 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS Boards of Commissioner Meetings are held each Tuesday morning in the Seward County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m., except for the first Tuesday of each month when meetings will be held at 8:30 a.m. Notice of each meeting is posted on the Courthouse bulletin board and on the Commissioner’s room door. The agenda for all meetings is kept continually current and is available for public inspection at the County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. The agenda is held open until one business day prior to the meeting for appearance before the Board. The Board has the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting. Approved Supplemental Agreement for acquisition of vehicles for Seward Public Transit, as presented by Matt Starkey, Veteran’s Service Officer/Public Transit Director. Approved five short form plats in precincts A, F, J, N and P as presented by Becky Paulsen, County Weed/Zoning Administrator. No action was taken on the Burkey 3rd Addition short form plat agenda item. Appointed Sherry Schweitzer as the Account Administrator, Point of Contact for Reporting, and the Authorized Representative for Reporting for the ARPA awards. Approved contract with Tillotson Enterprises for the Extension Office Building Roof Repairs. Approved registration Letter for a .gov domain name.
