Meeting notes

The Seward County Commissioners met in regular session Tuesday morning and heard from Crete Mayor Roger Foster. Seward County has an interlocal agreement to provide legal services for the city of Crete. That agreement is set to expire at the end of 2018, and Foster wanted to begin discussions to renew it. He suggested the agreement be updated so it renews automatically, unless either entity wants to revise the contract, in which case, that entity would need to give 90 days notice. No action was taken.
