Good morning-there are plenty of activities to keep you and the family busy as the weather heats up. Check them out below: 

Happening this week:

Four Corners Health Department will feature a workshop focused on mental health from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m in the Vahle Conference Room of the Seward Family Medical Center. Topics include stress and employee health, abuse warning signs and substance use issues among others. Tickets are $20, including a cover of a meal and materials. 

Hungry? Let's talk breakfast. Jill Engel, a dietician with aging partners of Lincoln, will be sharing the importance of starting your day off right with breakfast and recipes to make it easier. The program will take place 12:30 p.m. at the Seward Senior Center.

Heartland Park in Seward will host a game of bingo tomorrow at the Utica Senior Center, beginning at 1 p.m.

The dedication of the William H. Seward statue near the Seward Courthouse will take place June 29 at 6:30 p.m. A hot dog feed and concert by Firehouse Five will be held in honor of the dedication as well. 

The Seward Kiwanis Club will host a free family safety day June 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church. Kids will learn self defense, fire safety, personal safety and more. For more information, contact Alyssa Cochnar at acochnar@goldstarmartialarts.com.
