The snow emergency issued by the City of Seward has been lifted. Parking is allowed in all regular parking areas on both sides of the street. Please watch local media and social media for updates this weekend, as there is a possibility of 5-8 inches of snow and ice mix.

The City of Seward has declared a snow emergency to go into effect at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19.

Parking along all emergency snow routes shall be prohibited on both sides of the street.

All other streets will have a parking ban along the odd side of the street beginning at 11 p.m. Tuesday evening until 11 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20. During that time, residents are asked to park on the even side of the streets.

Beginning at 11 p.m. Wednesday, a parking ban along the even side of the street shall be in effect until 11 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21. During that time, residents are asked to park on the odd side of the streets.
