Milford’s golfers improved at the Syracuse Invitational March 28, but Coach Tony Muller said they need to play more to see scores drop.

“I hope the weather starts to cooperate,” he said.

Bragan Meyer was the team’s only medalist, placing 12th with a 42-45 87. All five Eagles finished in under 100 strokes for the 18-hole tournament, which Muller was happy to see.

“We need to work on the game as a whole,” he said. “We haven’t played enough to be consistent.”

The Eagles were to play a dual at Palmyra April 3 and compete at the Friend Invitational Wednesday, April 4. Tee times started at 10 a.m. The Eagles are to host their home invitational Wednesday, April 11.
