Seward Elementary fourth graders cheered during an egg drop event at the school May 8.
Students were asked to create an egg vessel with different materials in order to protect the egg during the drop.
SES fourth grade teacher Deena Haberman then opened the containers to find out if the egg had broken.
Seward Elementary Principal Jessica Dominy was in charge of dropping the vessels from the roof of the school.
