A Seward County sheriff's deputy has been reinstated after being on adminstrative leave following an incident that is still being investigated by the Nebraska State Patrol.
     "An administrative review is taking place," Seward County Sheriff Joe Yocum said.
     Yocum could not comment further because the matter is a personnel issue. A representative of the Nebraska State Patrol said July 6 the investigation is ongoing.
