Drugs involved in crash

    Patrons of Seward's Hall of Cards entered a changed store Nov. 24. A vehicle ran into the front of the business at 5:46 p.m. Nov. 22, breaking the window and damaging the brick facing on the west side. According to the police report, the vehicle, driven by a 16-year-old female, was northbound on Highway 15, crossed the courthouse lawn, crossed Seward Street and drove into Hall of Cards. The driver and two passengers fled the scene. Neither the driver nor her two passengers were injured. Damage to the tan 1984 Ford LTD, registered to Teresa Wagner of Tamora, was estimated at $1,000. Damage to the building was estimated at $30,000. The driver was cited for driving under the influence of drugs.
