Construction moves hospital entrance
    The hospital entrance has been moved to the Seward Family Medical Center during the regular hospital hours of operation. After hours, the public may enter through the hospital's emergency entrance located on the north side of Memorial Hospital.

Food clinic scheduled
    The Commodity Supplemental Food Program distribution clinic will be at 3401 North Lincoln Ave., York, Tuesday, May 13, and at 416 E Street, David City, Thursday, May 15. Contact Blue Valley Community Action at (402) 729-2278 or in Seward at 643-6425.

Farmers Market to start again
    The Seward Farmers Market opens at 5 p.m. May 30 on the courthouse lawn. It will be open 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. The market is planning burger nights on Wednesdays and is looking for organizations to work.

Adopting light displays still open
    The Seward Chamber of Commerce reminds the community of the opportunity to adopt a light display this coming fall. There will be recognition for you, your organization or your business with a sign in front of your display. Call 643-4189.
